You can directly communicate with the Airline by registering your complaint in the AirSewa Passenger Grievance e-Portal - administered by Ministry of Civil Aviation.
All associated entities of air travel are mandated to provide response and resolution to passenger complaint, as posted in this e-portal.
To register your grievance, you may log into the AirSewa Portal , then select the concerned entity and submit the grievance after providing your journey details. Additionally, you can
also refer to the Passenger charter on the AirSewa Website [https://airsewa.gov.in/home] to know more about your rights as a passenger
