Terms & Condition

  1. ‘Shop & Collect’ is a customer-driven initiative at Indira Gandhi International Airport to collect/deliver of the Products, the article/s purchased by the customer, at/from T3D of Indira Gandhi International Airport.
  2. Customers can avail the ‘Shop & Collect’ services either by collecting the Product from ‘Shop & Collect’ desk at Arrivals (opposite to Parcos) of the Airport or getting the Product delivered at the location specified by the customer.
  3. Only a Product valued less than INR 50,000 shall be considered for the purpose of ‘Shop & Collect’ service.
  4. To avail the ‘Shop & Collect’ service, the customer is required to fill the Product Deposit Form. The Product will be handed over to the customer on showing the valid id proof and Product deposit form copy or proof of bill.
  5. Any exchange or refund of the Product shall be done by the retailer only. DIAL/ Shop & Collect service provider holds no responsibility, in this regard.
  6. In Case of Product Collection: The Product must be collected within 30 days from the date of the order. If the customer fails to collect the Product within the prescribed timelines, DIAL/ Shop & Collect service provider shall hold no responsibility, in this regard.
  7. In Case of Product Delivery:Only three (03) attempts, within a period of 30 days of first Product delivery date, for free delivery of Products at the specified location (within Delhi/NCR) will be made. Non-delivered Product within the prescribed timelines, may be collected by the customer from ‘Shop & Collect’ desk at the Airport within 30 days of third attempt of delivery. The first attempt to deliver the Product shall be made as per the time and date mentioned by the customer in the Product Deposit Form while purchasing the Product. In case of failure to deliver the Product in the first attempt, ‘Shop & Collect’ service provider shall inform the customer about same and subsequently the remaining two delivery attempts shall be made only post confirmation from the customer.
  8. Free deliveries shall be provided as per delivery list inclusive of Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida.
  9. ‘Shop & Collect’ service provider shall only accept the undamaged Product in good condition. From billing till the Product is handed over to the customer service provider, the responsibility of the Product lies with the store staff. From the point the S&C Staff takes custody of the Product till the customer receives it, the responsibility of the Product lies with the service provider. The end responsibility to deliver the undamaged Product in good condition to ‘Shop & Collect’ service provider lies with the retailer/ customer. Any grievances with respect to receipt of damaged Product may be raised to the email id mentioned below.
  10. DOCUMENTATION TO BE MAINTAINED AT DIFFERENT STEPS:
    • Retailer: Customer will get a copy of the store receipt and a copy of the Product Deposit Form from the Store staff. The service provider shall provide the Product Deposit Form at all retail stores participating in the program
    • The service provider: The service provider shall provide a Product Pickup Receipt to the Store staff, confirming that the Product has been picked up from the retailer. The service provider shall receive a copy of the store receipt and the Product deposit form from the store staff.
    • The service provider: The service provider shall maintain a digital as well as physical record of all Products picked up and stored at the counter, including details such as time of storage, person who had picked up Product, receipt number, store name, etc.
    • Customer: Customer shall bring his valid ID, copy of the store receipt and the Product Deposit Form to the Pickup Desk at the Arrivals section. Upon verification with existing records, the service provider shall release the Product to the Customer.
    • The service provider: Upon successful release of the Product to the Customer, the service provider shall get the Customer to sign a Pickup Receipt form, which shall remain with the service provider. The same procedure shall be followed in case of home delivery.
