Interested parties shall send their request at DIAL.RFP@gmrgroup.in for bid process for “License to Design, Develop, Set-Up, Operate, Manage and Maintain Duty Free Outlets & Duty Free Boutique Stores at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi-110037, India”
1. In case you would like to participate in the said tender, please submit the following details at DIAL.RFP@gmrgroup.in:
2. Above details, along with supporting documents are to be provided either for you or your Affiliate, for each of the preceding 5 Financial Years ending 31st March 2023.
3. Further, an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) inclusive of GST, should be submitted to M/s Delhi International Airport Limited in the following bank account:
DIAL will utilize this amount towards the cost of RFP to be shared in case you meet the necessary criteria for this tender. In case the eligibility criteria is not met, the amount of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh) will be refunded to you, without any interest thereupon.
4. DIAL reserves the right to seek any further information / clarification / documentation.
5. You must note that only by the fact of making the payment of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) or submission of the required information/documents, you will not be considered as a Bidder and no right, in whatsoever manner, shall accrue to you in relation to the Bidding Process.
6. In no event shall DIAL or its affiliates or any of their respective directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives have any liability towards you, in any manner whatsoever.
