1. Delhi Airport – Diwali Promotion (the ‘Promotional Discount’) includes issuance of discount coupon for an amount UPTO 20% of net amount purchase on duty free products at duty free outlets at Indira Gandhi International Airport. The details of net amount purchase and value of discount coupon is detailed as under:

   15000 – 29999	15%
   >30000	20%

2. Discount coupon will be issued by duty free operator for the purchase of duty free products by taking in passport details of the purchaser. Redemption of amount equivalent to the issued discount coupon can be done at next purchase on the same passport only.
3. The maximum discount permissible in next purchase is INR 15000.
4. Discount coupon redemptions are linked to the passport so customer/passenger has to present the same passport for redemption of discount coupon at next purchase.
5. Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL)/ concessionaires of duty free outlets will not be liable for any claims on account of non-issuance/ non-redemption of discount coupons on account of technical issues, if any.
6. Only 1(one) Discount coupon can be redeemed in a single bill at participating duty free outlets only.
7. The discount coupon will be valid for 6 HRS from the time of issuance.
8. The Promotional Discount may be extended, cancelled, discontinued, amended, withdrawn, terminated or altered at any time without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
9. Discounted value cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. Discount coupon issued from T3 international departures duty free outlets will be redeemed only at T3 international departures duty free outlets. Similarly Discount coupon issued at T3 international arrivals duty free outlet will be redeemed only at T3 international arrivals duty free outlet only.
11. In the event discount coupon is redeemed, the invoice in which discount is issued/ redeemed cannot be refunded / cancelled.
12. The discount provided under this Promotional Discount is over and above any discount, if any, provided by the concessionaire of the redeeming duty free outlet.
13. Promotion is valid at T3 International Terminal only at duty free outlets. List of participating duty free outlets as below:
