By participating in the Festive Promotion 2021 for ‘Shop More Win 4 Sure’ (“Promotion”) at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport), you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below, which may be revised from time to time by Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL), and you understand and agree to be bound by such terms and conditions.

DIAL reserves the right to change these terms & conditions or withdraw/ extend/ suspend/ amend/ cancel/ discontinue the Promotion at any time, without any prior intimation, and it is your responsibility to make yourself aware as often as possible. All rights including copyright, in this website, are owned by DIAL. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part without permission of DIAL is prohibited.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Any passenger, having shopped with a total invoice value of Rs 2000/- or above from retail outlets of Terminal 3 Domestic Departures & Terminal 2 departure of IGI Airport are eligible to win assured gifts.
2. The Promotion is valid during the period 23rd Oct 13:00 hours to 2nd Dec and applicable on purchase of apparel, accessories, beauty products, electronics, handbags & wallets, toys, watches from Terminal 3 Domestic Departures & Terminal 2 departure of IGI Airport.
3. The Promotion is not applicable on liquor.
4. In order to be eligible for participation, valid phone numbers and email IDs need to be communicated at the time on invoicing on transactions amounting to Rs. 2000/- or above.
5. During the Promotion period, any customer shopping at designated retail stores, with multiple invoices amounting to Rs. 2000/- or above will be entitled to get multiple gift coupons against each such invoice. For the sake of clarity, only one coupon will be issued on a single invoice of Rs. 2000/- or above.

Prize oriented T&Cs

1. On a billing of Rs. 2000/- or above, the retail outlet will handover scratch card to the passenger that serves as the ticket to win following exciting categories of gifts during the Promotion period:-
   - 15 % discount on next purchase across Terminals (departure); or.
   - All Paid vacation stay voucher; or.
   - Air OK Air Purifier voucher; or
   - Gift Hamper from Bombay Shaving Company; or.
   - Exclusive Electronic Gadgets.
2. During the entire Promotion period - 90 lucky winners to get paid vacation vouchers from Ease My Trip, 35 lucky winners to get Air OK Air purifiers, 40 lucky winners to get Gift hampers from Bombay Shaving Company, 320 lucky winners to get win JBL Bluetooth Speaker/ Skullcandy Wireless earphones/ Swiss Military Earpodes/Havells Straighteners and all remaining transactions get to win assured discount voucher of 15% on next purchase across Terminals (departure).
3. The discount coupon is valid for purchase at terminals for a period of 24hours only.
4. Maximum discount to be availed on electronics category is capped at Rs. 2500/-.
5. The vacation stay voucher is valid for Sri Lanka, Abu Dhabi & UAE only.
6. The Promotion is valid over and top of any other store discount/ offers.
7. The process for prize distribution will be deemed completed when gift voucher is emailed/handed over to the winner.
8. DIAL reserves the right to announce winners/ advocate testimonials from winners on any of its social media platforms or website or static media @terminals.
9. The vouchers shall have validity as listed in the communication sent to the winner.
10. Coupons earned by the customers, on their scratch card, shall be redeemed at the SHA kiosk.
11. The value of voucher cannot be exchanged with cash.
12. Discount Coupon can be redeemed in a single transaction only across terminals of IGI Airport and post redemption, the coupon stands null and void.
13. If discount coupon is issued in an invoice and in an instance of that invoice getting refunded (whether partial or full), the said coupon shall be treated as cancelled/ void.

Customer’s Obligations

1. You have agreed to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, as required for the purpose of Promotion and to use the said data for the purpose of winner selection.
2. If you provide any information that is inaccurate, incomplete or not correct or if DIAL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate or incomplete, then DIAL has the right to disqualify you from the Promotion.
3. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong or incomplete e-mail address or any other wrong information), then DIAL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever.
4. DIAL reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time either itself or through its third-party, concerned for the purpose of Promotion.

Review/ Feedback

1. For all queries related to redemption of Prize voucher, winner may contact the respective business’ customer care, details of which can be sought from www.newdelhiairport.in.
2. All norms related to redemption of vacation stay voucher to be sought directly from Ease My Trip, the official sponsor of the special prize.
3. For any misuse/fraud scenario, shopper to soundly alert the respective partner.

Liability

1. In no event shall, DIAL or the concessionaire/s of the participating outlet be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, direct or otherwise, including any consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect or incidental damages of any kind (including, but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or savings), or any cost or expense, whether based in contract, tort, warranty, strict liability or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the Promotion.
2. Only the Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to in relation to any dispute arising from the Promotion or any other aspects in relation thereto.
