By participating in the festive promotion for Khushiyon Ki Diwali 2023 at Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGI Airport), you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below, and which may be revised from time to time by Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL), and you understand and agree that you are bound by such terms and conditions.

Eligibility Criteria

1. All customers, who are shopping at the IGI Airport Departure Terminal are eligible to participate in the Promotion during the period 20th October, 2023 to 16th November, 2023.
2. Participation in this Promotion is applicable on purchase of apparel, accessories, leather, perfumes & cosmetics, sunglasses, toys, jewellery & gifting, packed food, pharmacy. Shopping from all duty paid retail outlets (for afore-stated categories) at Terminal-1 Departure, Terminal-2 Departure and Terminal-3 International (Duty Paid Stores) and Domestic Departure of IGI Airport shall be considered.
3. Participation in this Promotion is not applicable on purchase of liquor and Tobacco from IGI Airport.
4. Promo has 2 components

   1. Slab Based Discount (Departure only)
      • Each transaction will be eligible for discount basis the below slab:

      • Promo valid only in Departures.
      • Passengers shopping for Rs. 5,000 or above will get access to “Khushiyon Ki Diwali” contest
        • All bills generated during the promo equal to or above Rs. 5,000, will have an invite for Contest at the bottom of the invoice.
        • The benefits of contest can be availed at desk located at the main shopping area of the Departure terminal
      • If a “Discount Voucher of 10%” is already issued against an eligible invoice, such invoice cannot be refunded/cancelled.
   2. Discount Voucher of 10% (Departure only)
      • Discount Voucher of 10% (Coupon Code) will be issued by the marketing team using “Khushiyon Ki Diwali Contest” to the eligible bill holders with the invitation message.
      • The coupon code will be printed on a Discount Voucher that will be distributed by the marketing team to the winners
      • There is no minimum cap to avail the discount
      • The 10% discount cannot be clubbed with (A. Slab Based Discount) explained earlier
      • A single Discount voucher cannot be redemption on multiple transaction. The validity gets exhausted after its 1st redemption.
      • Discount voucher cannot be exchanged for cash
      • Discount voucher is valid for 24 hours.
      • Voucher can be availed at any stores in Departure
      • Post Discount voucher redemption, the invoice on which the Discount voucher is redeemed cannot be refunded/cancelled.
5. The term discount is mentioned to pass benefit to the passenger/customer. The discount amount to be calculated on net amount (Net Bill value before GST) and to be passed in tender “Delhi Airport Diwali Promo” (payment mode). This tendered amount will be considered in Total Net Sales of the store and DIAL revenue share will be applicable on this. DIAL revenue share will be on the total value (without deducting the discount amount of DIAL Promotion). Concessionaire with their PoS Application should create a tender/payment mode (“Delhi Airport Diwali Promo”) in advance (before start of the promotion) on which they will pass DIAL discount amount as per mentioned terms and conditions.
6. For concession to settle the discount amount from DIAL the concessionaire has to give a self-certified letter confirming the amount offered as discount and DIAL will reimburse this amount in 60 days after receiving the claims. In case of claims over Rs. 10 lakhs, CA certificate is mandatory.
7. Reimbursement of cheque is subject to Nil dues, no pendency of Quaterly CA Certificates and compliance with DIAL LTDC norms.
8. The Discount voucher provided under this Promo is over and above any discount, if any, provided by the concessionaire of the redeeming retail store.
9. Promotion valid at operational stores only.

Liability

1. In no event shall, DIAL or the concessionaire/s of the participating outlet be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, direct or otherwise, including any consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect or incidental damages of any kind (including, but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or savings), or any cost or expense, whether based in contract, tort, warranty, strict liability or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the Khushiyon Ki Diwali 2023.
2. DIAL reserves the right to withdraw/ suspend/ amend/ extend/ cancel/ discontinue or alter at any time the terms of the “Khushiyon Ki Diwali 2023” promotion, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
3. Only the Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to in relation to any dispute arising from the Khushiyon Ki Diwali 2023 promotion or any other aspects in relation thereto.

By participating in the Delhi Duty Free Delight (the “Promotion”) at Indira Gandhi International Airport (“IGI Airport”), organised by Delhi International Airport Limited (“DIAL”) in collaboration with its authorized agencies, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below, and which may be revised from time to time by DIAL, and you understand and agree that you are bound by such terms and conditions.

The offer is applicable on all duty free products at duty free outlets at Indira Gandhi International Airport on a scan of additional passport on every bill with the minimum purchase Value of Rs. 5000/- per Passport. 4. For a qualifying transaction, the minimum bill values a passenger needs to shop per passport is Rs. 5000/- to get the discount of Rs. 500/-.
   • For example - In a scenario, where 3 passports are getting scanned for a bill value of Rs. 14,000, a discount of Rs. 1000 is only eligible (considering only 2 passport meets average bill value Rs. 5,000 or above). To get a discount of Rs. 1,500 on 3 passports, the total bill value has to be Rs. 15,000 or more, in order to get an average bill value per passport greater than or equal to Rs. 5,000.
5. An Individual is allowed to make multiple numbers of bills in a single day.
6. Offer is valid in all the category’s sold at the shop.

Contest Eligibility Criteria

Any person, who has a social media account on Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter can participate in the ‘Shankh Mudra Challenge’ Contest and stands eligible to win assured gifts by Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL), upon meeting the winning criteria that is stated below:

1. User has to be a ‘Follower’ of Delhi Airport’s social media handle on the social media website/ mobile application s/he is participating from.
2. User has to accurately make the Shankh Mudra pose with his/her hands, exactly as demonstrated/ shown on the social media handles of Delhi Airport.
3. User has get his/her photograph clicked while performing the Shankh Mudra pose, and s/he has to add a caption to the photograph, on the ‘What makes Diwali 2023 his/her #KhushiyonKiDiwali’.
4. User has to DM/Tag Delhi Airport’s social media handle on the social media website/ mobile application s/he is participating from.
5. User has to ‘Comment’ on at least one of the ‘Shankh Mudra Challenge’ social media posts by Delhi Airport, with the hashtag #KhushiyonKiDiwali, and s/he has to tag 3 of his/her acquaintances/friends/family members/colleagues.

Contest Timeline

The ‘Shankh Mudra Challenge’ Contest by DIAL invites user entries from 30th October, 19:00 to 12th November, 20:00. Any user entry before or after the stated timeline will not be considered eligible for the contest participation.

What Is the Criteria for Winning?

The winners will be selected through a lucky draw. In case of multiple postings by one user, only one entry will qualify for the lucky draw. Winners will be gratified with an e-voucher.

When, Where and How Will the Winners be Announced?

The winners will be announced by 16 Nov 2023 on our social media pages. The winners will have to reach out to Delhi Airport’s social media accounts with their name, email address and phone no., failing which the gratification will stand cancelled.

What Information Would be Needed to be Shared by Winners?

Full name, valid email ID and phone number must be shared by the winners by sending a direct message (DM) to Delhi Airport on social media pages, on or before 19 Nov 2023. Failing to share the details before the defined timelines will lead to cancellation of the gratification.

Where Will the T&C be Hosted?

T&C will be shared via Google link. The link for the T&C Google doc will be displayed on the SM account, where the contest will run in the form of a post/ or as a link in the bio on Instagram.

Prize Distribution

The process for prize distribution will be deemed completed when the gift voucher is emailed/handed over to the winner.

DIAL reserves the right to announce winners/ advocate testimonials from winners on any of its social media platforms.

The vouchers shall have validity as listed in the communication sent to the winner. The value of vouchers cannot be exchanged with cash.

Disclaimers/ Declaration/ Governing Law:

• The Participants confirm that they have fully read, understood and agree to participate in the Contest at their own free will.
• The Participants hereby agree to provide any content for the Contest at their own risk.
• The Participants agree and acknowledge that he/she shall not have any claims under the Copyrights Act, 1957 or any other intellectual property law applicable in India.
• The Courts at New Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any disputes arising in relation hereto.

Customer’s Obligations

You have agreed to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself, as required for the purpose of Contest and to use the said data for the purpose of winner selection.

If you provide any information that is inaccurate, incomplete or not correct, or if DIAL has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is inaccurate or incomplete, then DIAL has the right to disqualify you from the Contest.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong or incomplete e-mail address or any other wrong information), then DIAL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever.

DIAL reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time either itself or through its third-party, concerned for the purpose of the Contest.
