As per the guidelines issued by the govt, the online registration form for self-declaration and exemption would be available here from 0001 hours of 8th August 2020. Till then, the process for all passengers coming through international repatriation flights remains unchanged. However, the international scheduled flight operations continues to remain suspended. These restrictions will not apply to cargo operations and flights specifically approved by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).
The domestic scheduled flight operations have already resumed w.e.f. 25th May 2020. Passengers are requested to remain in touch with the airline concerned for more information. We thank you for your cooperation and patience. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

AIR SUVIDHA

Air Suvidha is a contactless solution by Ministry of Civil Aviation and Delhi Airport for all international passengers coming to India. It is a Self Reporting and Exemption Form Portal for International arriving passengers.

These forms are created for all International arriving passengers to India.

All International arriving passengers are required to fill the self-reporting form as mandated by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. Air Suvidha is an online system for International passengers to submit mandatory Self-Reporting Form to declare their current health status. This form is mandatory and should be filled anytime before boarding.

Yes, Self Reporting form has to be mandatorily filled by all international arriving passengers.

There is no cut-off time limit for the self-reporting form. It can be filled anytime before boarding. However, it is encouraged that you fill it well in advance.

On submission, the mandatory self- reporting application will be forwarded to the Airport Health Organization (APHO) under the Ministry Of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Passengers can then refer to their email inbox for the updated application document. Passenger should show this document on arrival in India at the APHO counter and proceed for immigration.s

Please note, Exemption Request form can be filled and submitted online with supporting documents 72 hrs. before boarding flight. Passenger seeking exemption from mandatory Institution Quarantine can apply online providing valid documents On submission of the form, an acknowledgment with a unique reference number will be sent to the applicant's registered email Id.

Copy of the Passport in JPEG or PDF format 1. Pregnant woman - Attach doctors recommendation letter 2. Parents accompanied by children below 10 years - Attach passport copy 3. Suffering from serious illness - Attach medical certificate 4. Suffered a death in the family - Attach death/ Doctor's certificate ; 5. Attach RT-PCR negative report or a copy of RT-PCR tests where results are awaited. Please provide the original negative report on arrival along with the exemption form. * Family as defined by Indian Govt. consists of Spouse, Children, Siblings, Parents & Grandparents only.

On submission of the form, an acknowledgement with a unique reference number will be send to the applicant's registered email Id. Govt. health officials will confirm the status (Approval or Rejection ) of your application through email . State Authorities at the first port of entry will review exemption requests of all international arriving passengers.

Details of co-passenger needs to be submitted in the portal along with the main applicant's form. Passengers can also submit group online requests through the same form for the entire family travelling in the same flight.

Delhi Airport is just facilitating all international arriving passengers on behalf of MOCA in routing their applications on to the right govt authority. Final decision on the same is taken only by the concerned govt authority.

As per current government guidelines passengers exempted from institutional quarantine can travel by surface using personal mode of transport. Public transport including domestic flights are not allowed till 14 days of quarantine period is complete. Passengers with RT PCR negative certificate are allowed to take domestic connections.

The test taken within 96 hours of departure from the port of origin is valid on arrival in India. The exemption form can be filled post going for the test up to 72 hours before departure. In case the report is not available in time, the form can be filled with proof of test and on arrival, passengers are expected to show a covid negative certificate along with exemption approval. Passengers with covid negative certificate can travel in public transport including domestic flights to reach their final destinations.

Sample for COVID-19 test have to be taken within 96 hours of boarding. We have adopted effective & efficient sanitization processes and there are trained house keeping staff who are respfonsible to maintain the accepted level by frequently cleaning & sanitizing their allocated areas. The scheduled sanitization activity at the baggage reclaim, all other areas inside the terminal buildings including high contact surfaces are monitored by a dedicated team to ensure strict Adherence to the procedures.

Markings near the baggage belt has been done to ensure social distancing. This helps to ensure strict compliance of social distancing norms by the passengers and staff to minimize human contact.

We have also deployed a number of UV technology based machines and disinfection tunnels that will help disinfect various touchpoints of the passengers.

It is not advised for children below 10 years to travel as they fall in the high-risk group. If it is an emergency then parents need to consult their paediatrician for clearance to fly and for the measures to be taken. We request you to get in touch with the airline concerned before booking flight ticket for passenger below 10 years.

Any Person who is tested positive for COVID -19 or any person staying in a containment zone should not travel. If a passenger who is not permitted to fly, undertake an air journey he/she shall be liable for penal action.

  • HOI, a cognitive and intuitive travel app, will help the travelers in navigating the airport seamlessly. Contact-less food ordering and payment service is one of the unique features of HOI app.
  • Passengers can avail this facility by simply downloading the app on their Android or iOS device, sign-up and add their upcoming flight’s travel details.
  • Passengers can use self-ordering kiosk at the food court to avoid queuing. They can also avail of Delhi Airport’s unique food delivery service “Food Genie”. Digital payment and digital menu would be encouraged to minimize contact.

    Apart from contact-less food ordering feature, this app has several valuable features for both the airports’ passengers, such as real time flight status alerts, boarding gate and belt information, airport facility information, time to gate and waiting estimates, weather at destination amongst others.

    Seating arrangement with marking of chairs for non-usage have been made to ensure social distancing. Queue managers would be deployed for boarding & bussing gates.

    • Social distance marking have been put up at aerobridges, piers, lifts, travellators, etc. Also, provision of hand sanitizers at the exit of passenger bridges /bus gate arrival area have been made.
    • All departure baggage would be disinfected at Ultraviolet (UV) light disinfection tunnel, developed by DIAL. Similar SOP is being developed for arriving international baggage.
    • Social distance markings have been put up around baggage belts and additional seating arrangement have been made in this area for waiting passengers.
    • Social distance markings have been put at all transport waiting areas and SOP is being worked with cab providers for disinfection of cabs before use at airport. Similar SOP for metro & other modes of transport would be initiated.
    • Visitors entry into the terminal will remain temporarily suspended.
    • To encourage compliance of social distancing norms at the airport, DIAL has deployed additional queue managers at kerb side (city side), check-in halls, security check areas and boarding gates, with social distancing markers/reminders.
    • DIAL will encourage all passengers to wear masks and maintain social distancing at all times, to ensure their own safety and well-being.

    In the interest of safety, visitors are discouraged from coming to the airport.

    • If you are healthy, you only need to wear a mask if you are taking care of a person with suspected 2019-nCoV infection.
    • Wear a mask if you are coughing or sneezing.
    • Masks are effective only when used in combination with frequent hand-cleaning with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
    • If you wear a mask, then you must know how to use it and dispose of it properly.

    • HOI, a cognitive and intuitive travel app, will help the travelers in navigating the airport seamlessly. Contact-less food ordering and payment service is one of the unique features of HOI app.
    • Passengers can avail this facility by simply downloading the app on their Android or iOS device, sign-up and add their upcoming flight’s travel details.
    • Passengers can use self-ordering kiosk at the food court to avoid queuing. They can also avail of Delhi Airport’s unique food delivery service “Food Genie”. Digital payment and digital menu would be encouraged to minimize contact.

      Apart from contact-less food ordering feature, this app has several valuable features for both the airports’ passengers, such as real time flight status alerts, boarding gate and belt information, airport facility information, time to gate and waiting estimates, weather at destination amongst others.

      Seating arrangement with marking of chairs for non-usage have been made to ensure social distancing. Queue managers would be deployed for boarding & bussing gates.

      • Social distance marking have been put up at aerobridges, piers, lifts, travellators, etc. Also, provision of hand sanitizers at the exit of passenger bridges /bus gate arrival area have been made.
      • All departure baggage would be disinfected at Ultraviolet (UV) light disinfection tunnel, developed by DIAL. Similar SOP is being developed for arriving international baggage.
      • Social distance markings have been put up around baggage belts and additional seating arrangement have been made in this area for waiting passengers.
      • Social distance markings have been put at all transport waiting areas and SOP is being worked with cab providers for disinfection of cabs before use at airport. Similar SOP for metro & other modes of transport would be initiated.
      • Visitors entry into the terminal will remain temporarily suspended.
      • To encourage compliance of social distancing norms at the airport, DIAL has deployed additional queue managers at kerb side (city side), check-in halls, security check areas and boarding gates, with social distancing markers/reminders.
