In order to facilitate passengers, Indira Gandhi International Airport (IGIA) has provided 10 dedicated phones at departure forecourt drop off lanes which connect passengers to respective ground handlers or Airlines for provision of wheelchairs.
Airport Kruz, a wheelchair service (i.e. manual and automated) is available on a chargeable basis to passengers travelling from T3 at Indira Gandhi international airport. Passengers can place their request for a wheelchair either at the Airport Kruz counter situated near Gate No.5 at T3 Departure near the lift. This is an additional service offered at T3 and is over and above the complimentary wheelchair assistance offered by airlines while booking the tickets.

Departure visitors are permitted to park their vehicle for 15 minutes at parking slots at Departure Curb. These parking slots are opposite Gate 8 at lane 1 at Terminal 1, Gate 1 & 3 at lane 1 at Terminal 2 and Gate 2 & 7 at Lane 2 and 3 at Terminal 3.
Passenger with reduced mobility (PRM) ZONE AT ARRIVAL FORECOURT
PRM zone is at lane 2 and 3 near metro station entry gate. Vehicle parking at this location is not permitted as these locations are used only as pick up/ meeting points for arriving PRM passengers
