Once the restriction on direct flights expires, travellers eligible to enter Canada will be able to board direct flights from India to Canada with the following additional measures:
Travellers must carry a negative RT-PCR or Rapid PCR test report from the Covid 19 lab at T3 of Delhi airport taken within 18 hours of the scheduled departure of their direct flight to Canada.
Prior to boarding, all passengers need to upload their information into the Arrive can mobile app or website.
Passengers who could not avail of the RT-PCR or Rapid PCR test at Delhi Airport due to flight cancellation can apply for a refund or re-schedule the test.
