FlySafe - Your personal concierge at Delhi Airport

Delhi Airport’s FlySafe Concierge service is a package of exclusive services provided to passengers for a fee of Rs.1500 for passengers departing at the T3 domestic departure terminal. The Personal Concierge service enables you to transit extra safely during the COVID19 pandemic by providing you with all necessary safety equipment once you arrive at the airport. The safety equipment includes a N-95 mask, Sanitizer, Wet Wipes, Face Shield and luggage sanitization. You will be assigned a dedicated porter who will take care of your luggage and provide Check-in assistance. And you will be transferred to the boarding gate with an EVT vehicle.

  • Passengers should note that this service cannot be availed directly without prior online booking using the above link. 
  • The bookings shall be made 6 hours prior to the departure time of your flight. 
  • This service is only applicable to passengers departing from the T3 domestic departure terminal. However, Passenger travelling on International Flights can avail Allways meet and greet services for a smooth and hassle-free experience.
