Avaan Excess is powered by GATI, India’s premium logistics company to provide Excess Baggage Delivery service to passengers travelling from Terminal 3 for delivering baggage to all locations across India at an affordable price starting from Rs. 100/kg*. Passengers can choose the delivery by Air (Air delivery within 72 Hours) and deliver by road period (road delivery within 4-7
days).
Passengers can avail this service by booking excess baggage order at the counter at Terminal 3 of Delhi Airport by all departing Passengers (for India-wide delivery). This gives the passengers a hassle-free travel experience and a reliable partner who can take care of delivery of their baggage to their destination.
The process of availing this service is simple:
1. Reach Avaan counter and share details of the excess baggage
2. The baggage is scanned in presence of the passenger and cleared by security
3. Boarding pass is scanned and payment is made
4. Booking receipt along with notification over phone/email is shared with
passenger
5. Passenger can relax and go ahead to board their flight
6. The bag will be delivered to the destination within the committed timelines
