The Delhi Airport receives heavy traffic from passengers flying off to international and domestic destinations throughout the year. One of the busiest airports in the world, the IGI deeply cares about its flyers. It considers passenger satisfaction and delight as the most important values. And the airport upheld its morals in yet another instance yesterday when it provided necessary assistance to a pregnant female passenger in giving birth to a healthy baby!
When a woman from Karnataka’s Hubbali experienced labour pain before boarding her flight, the Delhi Airport helped with the childbirth. The airport authorities welcomed their youngest passenger ever and shared how this was the first time a baby was born at the facility. In a tweet shared soon after the incident, Delhi Airport celebrated the newborn's arrival and informed about the well-being of both the baby and mother.
