Eligibility for Transit Hotel
- Only passengers with a departing flight from Terminal 3 can access the hotel.
- As per government regulations, guests can stay for a maximum of one night since the hotel is within the airport terminal.
- Once checked in, guests are not permitted to leave the hotel premises.
- International passengers with a connecting international flight can access the international wing.
- Passengers arriving from an international flight and connecting to a domestic flight, or those arriving by road for an international departure, can check into the domestic wing.

Terms and Conditions
Domestic Wing:
- Arriving from Surface or Flight, Guest must have a Domestic or International Departure flight from Terminal 3 within 24 hrs on Mandatory basis.
- Maximum length of stay permitted is 24 hours only.
- Passengers taking an onward flight from Terminal 1 & Terminal 2 will not be able to access the hotel.
- Post check-in at hotel, guests are not permitted to leave the premises till Departure flight.
- Passengers arriving from Domestic or International flight at T3 may reach out to our help desk near Domestic transfers (in Arrivals) for any assistance required.
- Passengers inside the departure hall are requested to approach our airport representative at our desk next to the Check-in counter A, gate number 1 before security. Please call at +91 11 45252000 for more clarifications.
International Wing:
- Guests transiting between two International destinations can stay at the International wing.
- Guest must have boarding pass for next international flight and their baggage must be checked through till final destination.
- Maximum length of stay permitted is 24 hours only.
- Indian VISA is not a prerequisite for guests staying in the International Wing.
- Post check-in Guests cannot leave the airport.
No Show Policy / Cancellation Policy:
- Amendments or Cancellation of arrival dates must be made 48 hours [1200hours local time] prior to the date of arrival to avoid the retention charges as per your reservation and must be amended/cancelled via the source of booking. In case of a No - Show one night retention charge is applicable.
Other Guidelines:
- All the guests checking-in are requested to produce a valid Govt. approved photo ID at check in. For Resident Indians: Driver’s License, Voters ID, Aadhaar Card or Passport (As per Delhi Police rules we do not accept PAN card as an ID proof) For Foreigners and Non-Resident Indians: Passport & Visa/PIO Card/ OCI Card (Mandatory).

- Children 12 years old and under can stay with an adult when sharing existing bedding without any extra charge.
- Pets are not allowed.
No Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is not permitted in the Hotel Premises. If a smoking violation occurs in non-smoking room, the guest will be charged INR 9500/- per night non-refundable SMOKE ELIMINATE FEE.
