Wheelchairs are provided by Airlines/Ground handling Agencies from their counters at visitors’ lobby located near Entry gate 1 & 8 at Departures.
Passengers may contact Airlines/Ground Handling Agencies' counters in the visitors' lobby as per location chart.

In order to facilitate passengers, DIAL has provided 10 dedicated phones at departure forecourt drop off lanes which connect passengers to respective ground handlers or Airlines for provision of wheelchairs.
|Passengers with Reduced Mobility: PARKING FACILITIES
Departure visitors are permitted to park their vehicle for 15 minutes at parking slots at Departure Curb. These parking slots are opposite gate 2 & 7 at Lane 2 & 3.
PRM ZONE AT ARRIVAL FORECOURT
PRM zone is at lane 2 and 3 near metro station entry gate. Vehicle parking at this location is not permitted as these locations are used only as pick up/ meeting points for arriving PRM passengers
