Delhi International Airport provides special rooms for babies and small children. Parents may avail these rooms to take care of any special needs for their kids such as changing of diapers and other need that their child / children may require.

A compact and well equipped play area is available for children of different ages and interests, after the security hold in the departure terminal.

For all our little flyers, DIAL provides complementary strollers only at terminal 1D.

Children holding a confirmed reservation and traveling alone qualify as Unaccompanied Minors. Those Guardians/Parents who are unable to locate the airline representatives to take custody of their unaccompanied Minors, may please get in touch with our Customer services staff at the contact zone outside each Terminal. Our customer service staff in turn call the respective Airlines to take the custody of the Unaccompanied Minors for their comfortable travel.

Different airlines have specific rules with regard to carriage of pets in the aircrafts. Please refer the websites of the specific airline to get more information on the same. There are specific rules for assist animals/service animals if accompanying passengers are disabled and separate ones for carriage of animals as cargo.

The airport offers many avenues for entertainment and relaxation. The airport has various places to shop and eat.

A compact and well equipped play area called Kids zone is available for children of different ages and interests after the security hold in the departure terminal.

Foot massagers are available after the security hold to prepare you for a comfortable flight.

Several Executive lounges are available to relax and enjoy, and take care of business needs, if any.

A special Smoking area is available for smokers near the Food Street on the first floor in Terminal 1D. In the International Departure, there is a smoking room after the security hold.

The International Terminal has a prayer room after the Security hold.

Drinking Water: There are many points where RO (Reverse osmosis) purified drinking water is available. Bottled mineral water is also available at nominal costs.

The airport is completely enabled with wifi.

Medanta - The Medicity
Medanta-The Medicity, is located at both the domestic and international terminals at the T3 New Delhi International Airport that provides excellent in-terminal medical facilities and patient care. Guardian Pharmacy is located all across Delhi Airport and are open 24x7. The one-stop-solution for the health, wellness, and beauty needs of the passengers travelling every day, with a range of Nutrition, Ayurveda, Vitamins, Personal and Health Care products.

Baggage trolleys
Baggage trolleys are available at convenient locations at the airport terminals.

Baggage Wrapping Service
SECUREWRAP offers baggage wrapping service in the international departure terminal at different counters. The service applies several layers of stretch wrap plastic film around the luggage protecting it from damage, tampering, theft, mishandling and pilferage at a reasonable charge.

Lost and Found Baggage The Lost & Found office will be glad to help you find your lost belongings. If they are found, we keep them for three months before auctioning them off.

Should you find any objects at the airport, please do give it to the office. However, the office is not responsible for things found in taxis, the train stations or aircraft.

Left Luggage Facility
You may use the Left Luggage facility in the Airport Connect at the Skywalk Level of Terminal 3. Here, you can deposit your luggage for a short while.

Interterminal transfers
From International to Domestic

DIAL provides a complimentary shuttle bus service for passengers, every 20 minutes between domestic and international terminals of the Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Between the Domestic terminals
Indigo, Spice Jet & Go Air departs from TID & arrives at T1C. Complimentary Golf cart service is also available for convenience of the passengers.

Air India, Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, Jet Lite, Jet Konnect & Kingfisher airlines departs & arrives at Terminal 3.

Unaccompanied minors
Children holding a confirmed reservation and traveling alone, qualify as Unaccompanied Minors. Guardians/Parents who are unable to locate the airline representatives to take custody of their Unaccompanied Minors, may please get in touch with our Customer Service staff at the contact zone, outside each Terminal. Our customer service staff will in turn call the respective Airlines to take the custody of the Unaccompanied Minors.

For passengers with reduced mobility
Do feel free to contact our Customer Services Staff at the Contact Zone outside each terminal for necessary assistance should you need to contact specific airline representatives.

Parking for Physically Challenged
Dedicated parking slots for the physically challenged are available at Multi Level Car Parking without any extra charges. However, the normal parking charges shall apply.

Foreign exchange services
Foreign exchange services are located at various convenient locations across terminals. Some banks may charge a service fee for currency exchange. It is recommended that you carry your passport & necessary travel documents if you wish to change currency.

ATMs
ATMs of various banks (national and International) are available at various locations in the airport.

Should you need comprehensive policies for travel needs, please feel free to contact our Insurance Desk at the airport, available before the security hold.

There are several places across the airport where RO (Reverse Osmosis) treated Drinking water is available. Should you want to purchase bottled mineral water, it can be done at the different food outlets available at a reasonable cost.
